Returns and Exchages
Spirited Return Policy
Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. The return must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive an online credit or in store credit to their account. Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed or the tag removed. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
To process a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
Items purchased online, that are available for return, may be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed below.
*ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable, refundable or adjustable for any reason.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within 3 business days of the package’s original delivery.

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Spirited. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf.
