Spirited Boutiques Online Return Policy
We understand buying online is trickier than in stores. Due to this, we are now offering refunds to your payment method for items ordered online returned via mail.
Online Returns
Changed your mind? Not to worry. You can return your item(s) by purchasing your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice. We recommend to ship via trackable method as we are not responsible for lost packages. Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. The return must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer can choose to receive a store credit or refund to original payment method. Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed or the tag removed. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason unless damaged upon receipt.
- To process a return, please email spiritedboutiques@yahoo.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
- Please provide as much information as possible.
- Repackage your item(s) with the invoice and send it to the return address below.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within 3 business days of the package’s original delivery.
Prior to returning your items, please take a moment to review our policies.
- Discounted and sale items are FINAL sale. Intimates (bras, bodysuits, tights), hair accessories, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are also FINAL sale
- Magnolia Pearl, Bedstu, Shoes and Kompanero are only available for an exchange or store credit. Date in effect on all orders placed 11/30/21 and after. Refunds are not offered on these lines. (if mailing back, insurance is recommend as we are not responsible for lost packages.)
- We have the right to refuse any refund if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, or damage to the fabric, and if it is outside the 30 day mark. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and sent.
- Items must be returned within 30 days upon ordering.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.

Return Processing
Once we have received and accepted your package, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In-store Returns
Items purchased online, excluding FINAL SALE items, may be returned in store for exchange or store credit only. You may return at any location within 30 days. Returned items must be accompanied by original invoice/packing slip.
Exchanges
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Due to limited quantity and quickly moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order for the item and send the original item back for a refund. You can also email us at spiritedboutiques@yahoo.com to see if we can reorder the item for you.
Shipping Charges on Returns
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless mistake on our part.
However, if you receive merchandise that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily cover the shipping costs. To receive a pre-paid shipping label, please email Spiritedboutiques@yahoo.com and we will send you a shipping label. Print the label, place on package, and ship package back to us.
Expedited Shipping is offered. Please keep in mind we cannot control the dururation shipping may take once it has shipped. We are happy to honor returns if your desired item was not recieved within the expected time.
Discounts
Spirited Boutiques does not discount Magnolia Pearl, Johnny Was, or Bed stu. If a discount happens to apply accidentally, Spirited Boutiques has the right to cancel said order.
Discounts do not apply to past orders or online gift cards.
