Once we have received and accepted your package, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

In-Store Returns

Items purchased online, excluding FINAL SALE items, may be returned in store for exchange or store credit only. You may return at any location within 30 days. Returned items must be accompanied by original invoice/packing slip. 

Item(s) purchased in store, MAY NOT be returned via online, or returned and mailed to our warehouse location. They must be returned to the store location you originally purchased your item(s) from!

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. Due to limited quantity and quickly moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order for the item and send the original item back for a refund. You can also email us at spiritedboutiques@yahoo.com to see if we can reorder the item for you.

Shipping Charges on Returns

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our part. 

However, if you receive merchandise that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily cover the shipping costs. To receive a pre-paid shipping label, please email spiritedboutiques@yahoo.com and we will send you a shipping label.

Expedited Shipping is offered. Please keep in mind we cannot control the duration shipping may take once it has shipped and is in transit. We are happy to honor returns if your desired item was not received within the expected time.


Spirited Boutiques does NOT discount Magnolia Pearl, Johnny Was, or Bed Stu. If a discount happens to apply accidentally, Spirited Boutiques has the right to cancel said order.
